  • Processes payments for subscriptions and consultations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with others

4. For Homeowners

When submitting requirements for builder matching:

  • Provide accurate project details and budget expectations
  • Respond to builder communications in a timely manner
  • Understand that quotes are estimates and may vary
  • Make independent decisions when selecting builders
  • Understand that TrustNivasa is not a party to any construction contract

5. For Builders

Registered builders agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and credential information
  • Maintain valid GST registration and required licenses
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries within 48 hours
  • Provide honest and transparent quotations
  • Uphold professional standards in all interactions
  • Not engage in unfair or deceptive practices
  • Accept that verification status may be revoked for violations

6. Verification Process

TrustNivasa's verification process includes:

  • Business registration verification
  • GST validation
  • Past project review
  • Customer reference checks
  • Physical site verification
  • Dispute history check

Verification does not guarantee builder performance. Homeowners should conduct their own due diligence.

7. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly as selected
  • Plans automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial periods
  • Features are subject to change with notice

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with platform security or functionality
  • Harass or spam other users
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass verification processes
  • Use automated tools without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TrustNivasa, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TrustNivasa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users grant TrustNivasa a license to use content they upload to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrustNivasa:

  • Acts only as a platform connecting homeowners and builders
  • Is not a party to construction contracts between users
  • Does not guarantee builder performance or pricing accuracy
  • Is not liable for disputes between homeowners and builders
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrustNivasa harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Parties should first attempt resolution through negotiation
  • Mediation may be initiated through TrustNivasa
  • Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
  • Courts in Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Termination

TrustNivasa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
